Eco Warriors

After presenting emotive speeches to their class, five children were elected as our school eco-warriors. Already, they are showing commendable commitment to their new role which they will hold until the summer term. 

After their first meeting, they distributed 600 free bulbs (obtained from Bulbs4Kids) amongst five participating classes. Over the next few weeks, they will monitor the planting of these bulbs around our school grounds. Next spring, they are hoping for a colourful, floral display which will support our local pollinators.
