Exciting New English Lessons

To welcome our children back after the half term, a very exciting assembly was held on Monday morning. Mrs Finch, and her bear, arrived at the hall, somewhat unconventionally, pulled along by Mrs Sewell. The smiles on the children’s and staff’s faces were such a picture! Mrs Finch talked to the children about the exciting English lessons that were planned in the weeks ahead all linked to an inspiration animation called Taking Flight. This week, our year groups have taken part in various drama and role play activities including; hunting for aliens, landing on the moon, making their own Play Doh teddies, being transported to different places in the world.
