Year 2 - Heroes from the Past

Year 2 have been learning about heroes from the past and today travelled back in time to find out about Florence Nightingale and how she has changed healthcare. We listened and acted to a dramatised story with our Now, Press Play headphones on and then we set about cleaning and tidying the ‘hospital ward’ just as Florence would have done. After this we used our medical training to treat the brave wounded soldiers. Many of the class are now hoping to pursue a medical career in the future.
