Year 2 - National Poetry Day

On Thursday, it was National Poetry Day so in our Key Stage one assembly we celebrated poems. First, we listened to the poet Michael Rosen read some of his wonderful poems. Then we listened to and learnt the poem 'Mix a Pancake', with actions, to perform to each other. We had great fun listening to the rhyming words and following the beat of the poem.
