Year 5 had a great day out yesterday at the National Space Centre, Leicester. Mrs Wells and all the accompanying adults were very pleased with their behaviour. The class enjoyed all the interactive activities, such as 'talking to Tim Peake', driving a Mars Rover, 'visiting' Venus and experiencing 'space sickness' to name a few. The planetarium show, Astronaut, was an amazing visual experience, going up the rocket tower was eye opening, and the 3D star gallery was beautiful. What a great way for us to culminate our Science learning of Earth and Space from last term.
