Year 1 trip to St Firmin's Church, Thurlby

On Monday this week, year one had an exciting trip to St Firmin's church. This trip linked to our R.E learning this term which is all about the Easter story. We had a lovely sunny walk down to the church. When we arrived, the children got to explore and learn the names of all the different parts of the church. We also learnt more about the Easter story and how the church celebrates Easter. The children really impressed all the adults with their super listening and wonderful behaviour throughout.
